Pair of Gemini PT-2000 High Torque Direct Drive Turntables / DJ Decks
The decks both still work as they should. I.e. the drives, the buttons, the pitch control, etc. all work as intended.
The drives are great for mixing and DJ’ing in general, as they are high-torque, meaning they have a good deal of “pull”, e.g. while you cue-up a record.
They’re great for someone just learning to DJ, someone who wants a lower-price set of decks for playing out with, or someone that just wants to listen to vinyl at home, etc. Cosmetically they are not perfect but as quality items they are still fundamentally sound.
Comes with the leads to plug into a mixer, and power cables & plugs.
In our last move the bottom of the feet were unfortunately lost, however this does not affect the stability or anything else apart from aesthetics, as the decks still stand solidly and firmly (and perfectly level), exactly as they should. The 2 feet bottom parts that weren’t lost are shown in a photo.
One turntable has a Stanton 500 MkII cartridge, the other needs a new cartridge.
Comes with the original slipmats.
They are heavy items and so only collection is available I’m afraid. I will be moving, possibly in 2 weeks, although it may be longer. I can hang onto them if you need a short while to come and collect, but can’t for too long because of the move.
My house is approximately one mile from J16 of the M6, which is quite convenient.
I am also listing a Gemini mixer, which goes well with the decks.
