Every FBT product comes with a standard 2 year limited warranty, which protects our customers in the unlikely event that should a product fail due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired under warranty. For additional piece of mind, we (FBT AUDIO UK) offer a free 3-year extended warranty (taking the total to 5 years) for those that sign up to our extended warranty programme for all products purchased from an authorised UK Partner after 1st January 2017.
All you need to do is fill in the information below within 90 days of your purchase, we will then email your certificate confirming your 5-year warranty. You must also upload a copy of your ‘original proof of purchase’ receipt as we need this to validate your purchase and activate the extended warranty.
