This is a customer returned item to a major Internet Retailer.
I got no info with it, to say why it had been returned.
The first time I plugged it in, the 4 LEDs started to flash, and the 2nd time the unit trip the RCD in the house.
No other tests were carried out after that.
Therefore selling as faulty for spares or repair – No Returns.
