14 Day Returns Your Statutory Rights
If you wish to return goods, you should notify Rewired Audio of your intention to do so within 14 days of the date of receipt by you. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods from this notification date (goods should be returned within 28 days). We will in such circumstances refund you the cost of your order, including the first delivery to your address; however the cost of the return delivery as stated in the listing will be deducted.
If goods are not returned “as sold” due to handling/use on your part, failure to package the item effectively or with components missing (including packing materials and manuals) we may make a reasonable deduction for this.
All claims of faulty goods will be subject to inspection by a qualified engineer and assessed if the damage was likely to have been preexisting prior to the purchase or has occurred in the delivery of the goods to you.
