Vintage McGregor twin deck unit.Model SD8Circa late 70’s early 80’sThis is a really nice unit that needs another homebecause I’m not putting it back in the loft!!
Features-
Twin BSR belt driven decks with variable speed controls,belt driven, 33 / 45 RPM
Tape inputs DIN but could be wired for mp3 units
VOX microphone inputs with seperate controls forvolume, treble, vox delay, bass & vox depth.
Tape – Left – Right mixer sliders. As can be seenthe tape slider has lost its knob, the right deck control has snappedbut you can still slide it without a problem.

5 channel graphic equalizer
L/R master outputs
L/R start – stop switches.

Built in amp, cannot remember the specs on the o/p butbelive it to be 150w total per channel.
Also classic 1/4 inch output for sound to light
The catridges & needles are fine
I have modified two belts to test this but will includethe old ones as well.
All controls have been cleaned so no ‘crackling or scratch sounds’
Going to miss playing it but need the space.
The case has not been cleaned so retains original patina but otherwise in a good condition.
Can post via UPS (weighs approx 40 kilo’s) but collection would be more than welcome.
